Experience a profound journey of healing through a deep session combining an Icebath and Temazcal ceremony.
Description of the Ceremony:
Starting at 11 am, the session commences with the Icebath therapy, where participants undergo complete preparation alongside mental guidance, providing tips for activities within the tub and discussing the associated benefits. Following this, a physical preparation phase ensues, involving guided breathing exercises to optimize oxygenation of the body.
Alongside various dynamics and rituals conducted throughout the session, individuals entering the ice tub are accompanied by a coach, ensuring safety and support throughout the experience. Upon exiting the ice bath, another coach awaits to aid in temperature recovery.
At 1 pm, the journey continues with the Temazcal ceremony, a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge ritual known for its purifying properties. Participants gather in a sacred space, entering a dome-shaped structure heated with volcanic stones, where steam is produced by pouring water infused…
