Paola is a Certified Teacher in HATHA and IYENGAR YOGA, Yoga for life among many other studies such as Semiology for everyday life. Experience and practice for 15 years.

Her mission is that through Yoga and meditation you re-connect with the wise consciousness of your Being, using your body as the most beautiful tool to keep it agile, strong and healthy.
