Embark on a special New Moon journey at the Oma Cancún Holistic Healing Center.

This monthly event, carefully selected for both locals and foreigners in Cancun, invites you to immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the ancestral medicine of Temazcal, the healing properties of ceremonial Cacao and live medicine music to elevate consciousness.

Benefits:

• Temazcal: Entering the womb of Mother Earth allows you to detoxify, release and recover the natural balance of the Being, in all of its bodies. This traditional steam bath offers not only physical purification but also mental clarity and emotional balance, promoting renewal and well-being.

• Cacao: Worked in a ceremonial way, it allows its qualities to expand the heart. In addition to its delicious flavor, cocoa stimulates the release of endorphins, enhancing feelings of joy and deep connection with oneself and others, promoting empathy and opening the heart.

• Medicine music: awaken your consciousness by activating ancestral fibers in your body's memories, remembering the true essence of life. Together we create an atmosphere, ranging from meditative states, joy and inner peace.

What Brig?

✅Repellent.

✅Comfortable clothing for cocoa circle.

✅ Something to sit on during the session, like a mat or cushion.

✅Water bottle.

✅ Swimsuit (Women with a sarong, skirt or dress on top.)

✅Towel to dry after the temazcal.

✅Facial towel or bandana inside the temazcal.

✅Optional: Pareo or towel to sit inside the temazcal.

✅Optional: Two lists on paper, one written with what you want to release or cut from your life and the other with what you want to integrate.

✅Optional: A glass candle to boost your intentions.

Preparation for the experience:

* Hydrate well throughout the day.

* Eat light and arrive with a minimum fast of 2 hours.

* Avoid alcohol consumption at least on the day of the ceremony.

* In case a woman is menstruating, please notify in advance.

* Also notify if you have any allergies to spices, seeds or honey, or sensitivity to theobromine (active in chocolate).

Este evento mensual, cuidadosamente seleccionado tanto para locales como para extranjeros en Cancún, invita a sumergirse en una experiencia transformadora que combina la medicina del Temazcal, las propiedades sanadoras del Cacao ceremonial y la música medicina en vivo para elevar la consciencia.

Beneficios:

Temazcal: Entrar al vientre de la Madre Tierra, permite desintoxicar, liberar y recobrar el balance natural del Ser, en todos sus cuerpos. Este tradicional baño de vapor ofrece no sólo purificación física sino también claridad mental y equilibrio emocional, promoviendo la renovación y el bienestar.

✅ Algo para sentarse durante la sesión, como tapete o cojín.

✅Botella de agua.

✅ Traje de baño (Mujeres con pareo, falda o vestido encima.)

✅Toalla para secarse después del temazcal.

✅Toalla facial o paliacate dentro del temazcal.

✅Opcional: Pareo o toalla para sentarte dentro del temazcal.

✅Opcional: Dos listas en papel, una escrita con aquello que quieres liberar o cortar de tu vida y la otra con aquello que quieres integrar.

✅Opcional: Una veladora en vaso para impulsar tus intenciones.

Preparación para la experiencia:

* Hidrátate bien durante todo el día.

* Come ligero y llega con ayuno mínimo de 2 horas.

* Evita el consumo de alcohol al menos el día de la ceremonia.

* En caso de que una mujer esté menstruando, por favor avisar con antelación.

* También notifica, si tienes alguna alergia a especias, semillas o miel, o sensibilidad a la teobromina (activa en el chocolate).
