En OMA Holistic Healing Center, estaremos realizando una hermosa ceremonia de Luna Nueva, acompañada de música medicina, el poderoso cacao para abrir nuestros corazones y un Temazcal para purificar cuerpo y alma.

Es hora de conectarnos con nuestra esencia femenina, de honrar nuestra fuerza y sabiduría interior, y de celebrar la belleza y la creatividad que todas llevamos dentro.

• Temazcal: Sumérgete en el Temazcal, un espacio sagrado diseñado para desintoxicar cuerpo y mente. El ritual de limpieza dentro de este tradicional baño de vapor ofrece no sólo purificación física sino también claridad mental, promoviendo una sensación de renovación y bienestar.
• Cacao: Disfrute de la riqueza del cacao ceremonial, conocido por sus cualidades que expanden el corazón. Más allá de su delicioso sabor, el cacao estimula la liberación de endorfinas, potenciando los sentimientos de alegría y conexión. Este elemento sagrado fomenta una conexión profunda con uno mismo y los demás.
• Soundhealing: Eleva tus vibraciones con los relajantes sonidos de Soundhealing. Las frecuencias armoniosas resuenan con el cuerpo, promoviendo la relajación y el equilibrio. ¿Que traer?

✅Repelente de insectos.

✅Botella de agua.

✅ Traje de baño (Mujeres con pareo, falda o vestido encima.)

✅Toalla para secarse después del temazcal.

✅Toalla facial dentro del temazcal.

✅Puedes traer un pareo o toalla para sentarte dentro del temazcal.

✅ Ropa seca y cómoda para la ceremonia del cacao después del Temazcal.

Opcional:

✅Una vela. Lo encenderás antes de entrar al temazcal, y podrás poner tu papel de intención debajo.

✅ Algo para sentarse durante la ceremonia del cacao: Yoga Mat o Pillow.

Preparación para el Temazcal:

• Manténgase hidratado durante todo el día.
• Coma ligero en su última comida como máximo 2 horas antes del temazcal.
• Puedes traer una toalla para sentarte dentro del temazcal.
• Llevar chanclas y toalla seca, además de ropa de abrigo porque por las noches puede hacer frío.
• En caso de que una mujer esté menstruando, por favor avise con antelación.

New Moon Ceremony: Temazcal + Cacao + Soundhealing

Date: Every month on the Saturday closest to the New Moon

Time: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Embark on a special journey at the New Moon Ceremony hosted at the serene Oma Cancun Holistic Healing Center. This monthly event, thoughtfully curated for both locals and foreigners in Cancun, invites participants to immerse themselves in a transformative experience combining the ancient traditions of Temazcal, the heart-opening properties of ceremonial Cacao, and the therapeutic sounds of Soundhealing.

Benefits of Each Element:

• Temazcal:Immerse yourself in the ancient Temazcal, a sacred space designed to detoxify both body and mind. The cleansing ritual within this traditional steam bath offers not only physical purification but also mental clarity, promoting a sense of renewal and well-being.
• Cacao:Indulge in the richness of ceremonial Cacao, known for its heart-expanding qualities. Beyond its delightful taste, Cacao stimulates the release of endorphins, enhancing feelings of joy and connection. This sacred element encourages a profound connection with oneself and others.
• Soundhealing:Elevate your vibrations with the soothing sounds of Soundhealing. The harmonious frequencies resonate with the body, promoting relaxation and balance. As the ethereal tunes wash over you, they create a meditative atmosphere, fostering inner peace and a heightened sense of well-being.

What to Bring?

✅ Insect repellent. 

✅ Bottle of water. 

✅ Swimsuit (Women with a pareo, skirt, or dress on top.) 

✅ Towel to dry off after the temazcal. 

✅ Facial towel inside the temazcal. 

✅ You can bring a sarong or towel to sit inside the temazcal. 

✅ Dry and comfortable clothes for the cocoa ceremony after the Temazcal.

Optional:

✅ A candle. You will turn it on before entering the temazcal, and you can put your intention paper below. 

✅ Something to sit on during the cocoa ceremony: Yoga Mat or Pillow.

Preparation for the Temazcal:

• Stay hydrated throughout the day.
• Eat light your last meal latest 2 hours before the temazcal.
• You can bring a towel to sit inside the temazcal.
• Bring flip-flops and a dry towel, as well as warm clothes because at night it can be cold.
• In the event that a woman is menstruating, please notify in advance.
