Details: Duration: The ceremony last between 2 to 3 hrs.

What Bring?

✅ Insect repellent.

✅ Bottle of water.

✅ Swimsuit (Women with a pareo, skirt or dress on top.)

✅ Towel to dry off after the temazcal.

✅ Facial towel inside the temazcal.

✅You can bring a sarong or towel to sit inside the temazcal.

Optional:

✅ A candle. You will turn it on before entering the temazcal and you can put your intention paper below.

Preparation for the Temazcal:

*Stay hydrated throughout the day.

* Eat light your last meal latest 2 hours before the temazcal.

* You can bring a towel to sit inside the temazcal.

* Bring flip-flops and a dry towel, as well as warm clothes because at night it can be cold.

* In the event that a woman is menstruating, please notify in advance.
