Join us and flow through an hour long yoga session - Hatha flow; Followed by a journey with ancestral medicine rapé and sharing circle.

Claudia teaches hatha yoga, gentle style, focused on creating the connection with breath/body/mind. She make her classes available for every body type, by offering on verbal adjustments and modifications.

Through her own healing, Claudia had discovered  amazing medicinal and energetic power of hapé. So She had developed a technique where, through channeled guidance, she holds space for you to release energetic or emotional stagnation. 

This can help with anxiety, self sabotage, anger, depression and much more. 

What is Rapé?

Pronounced “ha-peh” or “rapay”, Rapé is a fine, ground-up shamanic snuff which is blown up your nose, used by indigenous tribes mainly in Brazil and a small part of Peru.

Every tribe keeps its own recipes secret, but what we know is, usually made with roots, healing herbs, leaves, and tobacco, the most sacred plant on the planet, the Grandfather spirit.
