Select your holistic therapy

Releases deep memories, unlocks emotional burdens, and restores the connection between body, energy, and soul.

This is acomprehensive healing therapy, guided byCristina as a medicine woman, where the body is listened to as a living archive that holds experiences, wounds, crises, shocks, and collapsed fragments throughout life and lineage.

Through a deep therapeutic session, Cristina combines the techniques she has integrated on her path as a healer: myofascial massage, connective tissue work, lymphatic drainage, nerve stimulation, Maya massage, shamanic channeling, aromatherapy, and sounds. Each session is unique and responds to what the body and soul need to release at that moment.

It is not just a massage; it is a conscious accompaniment that allows you to let go of what no longer serves, reorder vital energy, and reinhabit the body with greater presence, peace, and internal coherence.

Note:In case the healer Cristina is not available, theHolistic Massage, performed by highly qualified therapists, will be offered, maintaining the quality and care that distinguish OMA.
