How the ceremony goes (3 and a half hours)
- Welcome.
- Vaginal steaming with medicinal herbs and shamanic accompaniment.
- Hip closure with rebozo: we gently wrap your abdomen and hips to stabilize the pelvic bones and support the uterus.
- Tea.
- Closing accompaniment.
When can it be done?
- After a vaginal birth, from 7 days on.
- After a cesarean, from 3 months on, depending on how your scar is healing.
- It is also for any moment of transition, transformation or deep healing, not only postpartum.

- At OMA CANCUN: Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, starting at 9 or 10 am. Book your date here.
- At your home in Cancún and the Hotel Zone, with an extra charge of $500 + VAT. Choose the home option when you buy and we will write to you on WhatsApp to agree on the date and time.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes; preferably a skirt for the steaming, and a top.
- Warm clothes to wrap up in afterwards.
Can I come with my baby? Yes, as long as someone comes with you to look after the baby during the ceremony.
