The online monthly plan of Pregnancy in Fullness, to stay accompanied for the rest of your pregnancy. It is for those who already did their first month: the Orgasmic Birth course is already yours.
Each month includes
- Live prenatal yoga on Zoom with Valentina, four classes a week: Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 am (Cancún time).
- The monthly circle with Renée, on the second Friday of each month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, to connect, share experiences and get your questions answered. Your partner is invited too.
How it works
- It is charged monthly to your card and you can cancel whenever you want.
- You are registered automatically in your classes and the circle; you receive an email with your calendar and your Zoom link.
- Before each class you receive a reminder with the link.
Who accompanies you: Renée Rodríguez, doula and Orgasmic Birth Practitioner certified by Debra Pascali-Bonaro, trained with Dr. Michel Odent; and Valentina Fuentes Staines, teacher specialized in prenatal and postpartum yoga.
